Players Profile Graham Harrison

Graham is 45 years old and lives at Belle Isle in Leeds with partner Liz and children Daniel and Charlie. He started throwing at the dartboard at 5 years old, but was 15 when he joined his first team where he was only allowed to chalk for the first two years. He now plays Local league, superleague and county and has also had a go at the PDC but decided to return to the BDO. Graham has previously done the competition circuit but has had to give it up due to work commitment.  His nickname is ‘Fresh Prince of Belle Isle’ and his high point in darts was getting selected for Yorkshire and says his low point was missing out on England selection.  When asked for a personal comment he said “If you want to get anywhere in darts, keep practicing, what you put in is what you will get out” Graham also said “I have had a go at playing with the PDC as well as the BDO and have no qualms with either of the governing bodies”
My comments on Graham are that he is not only a talented player but could also have a future career as a Darts MC if is performances for Yorkshire are anything to go by.
